Re- japanese collaborators...
If you review lists of japanese collaborators and anti-korean collaborationists released by the South Korean Republic in I think 2005 you will not only find a later president of the republic and a number of politicians, but also allegedly family interests behind hyundai, LG and Samsung...

If only ?
Ah history lessons and no solutions to the above article I can see , suppose neither of any country or person or people knows one , me included . At least most of as who commented got a critic , to be or not to be criticised doesn't solve it , the fact is , anywhere on this earth if there is an aggressor you have to safe guard yourself , so we got an another cold war ! Let the arms race begin which we all like to see to go backwards ! IT WILL NEVER STOP !

Re: fact check tok3z
OK lets really get some fact straight. Firstly your assertion that the US propped up a govt of Japanese collaborators in the south is nonsensical. The Japs were rightly hated by the Koreans and it just wouldn't of worked. Further, it was the communist north who prevented those in their domain from voting in the UN sponsored elections. At the end of the day it was the communists who started the Korean War, and as for the US - they removed their nukes from the korean peninsular years ago.

fact check
Fact check- in 1945 the red armies of Kim il-Sung and Mao were marching down the korean peninsula taking back their invaded countries and ready ro take on japan... The 38th parallel was where they had got to when anerica dropped nukes and japan surrendered. Then USA propped up a regime of JAPANESE COLLABORATORS in the South... When kim tried to reunite the peninsula was when the war started... And it was Clinton who broke the nuclear free truce by bringing nuclear armed subs up into sea of jap

I moved from Japan 20 years ago for business, living now permanently Japan has lost or been removed by GHQ after WW2 the ability to fight against wrongs. North Korea is one of them who is giving the country a huge threat. The current government has no intention nor brain to protect the country. Recently I found the site which shows clearly what happens in near future in Japan. Would you please have a look, and introduce to Australia? this is it!! http://www.japanprobe.com/?p=11140

Mr
As usual, many people here seem to just use any questions/article as an excuse for another diatribe about the US. Or whimpering about Israel. The simple fact here is that old school communist aggression in the 50's created North Korea, relelentless support from China over the last couple of decades has cememted in a deeply insane regime there and now of course it's the yanks who are supposed to fix things. And get sniped at while they try to do so by people who seem to steadfastly stand for zip.

North Korean Missile Launches
Are any of the western country's giving aid to North Korea? If they are I suggest that they stop right now! These fools are going to plunge us into a Nuclear war. Our planet is being ravaged on all sides by mans inability to see ahead & setting off nuclear missiles is definately the way to a first class ticket to oblivion for all of us! Dont they understand that they'll all die too?

North korean pyscho
I don't believe there will be any military conflict with the north koreans, they are provoking the the new us adminstration to take them serious. Moreover the UN can't force tough sanction if the chinese and russian are in the security council!

ABC - WAR FARE ( Atom/Bio/Chemical )
To this above article : how about Israelis Neutron Bomb , is anyone aware how devastating this little piece of man made madness in fact is , I don't think so , but no one complains , I wonder why ? . Yes no other army will attack as would be the answer ! Not long ago the where on the way to drop it , so the American and UN soldiers got out quick smart ! I would like to see this comment on the net and not pushed aside likes many of the other comments , there is no racism's involved in it !
