Mixed feelings as the burqini enters the dictionary

The entry of burqini into the Macquarie Dictionary has stirred up debate about brand names that become generic terms.
Possibly the first word originating in Australia's Muslim community has entered the Macquarie Dictionary.
It's 'burqini', defined by the dictionary as a swimsuit designed for Muslim women, comprising leggings and a tunic top with a hood.
And it's gone into the dictionary as its Word of the Year for 2011.
