Due to early good rains there are plentiful of wild mushrooms. Some of them are deadly poisonous. Thai Health Department is warning people to be absolutely sure of which mushroom they are going to eat.
Many Lao cross the Mekong River into Thailand to buy rotary hoe for rice cultivations. Some of them illegally take them back home. As a result few of them gets caught for tax evasions.

457 Visa Is Working Well
In March 2013 the Australian government announced a crackdown on the 457 temporary work visa program saying it wanted to better protect local jobs and stop rorting by employers.
However a new report commissioned by the government has found the vast majority of employers and employees are happy with how the program works although some may be being underpaid.
