Synopsis

Described as "bizarre", "brilliant", "Romeo & Juliet like you've never seen it before" - Son of Romeo combines comedy, tragedy and television wizardry in a skilfully crafted live action/cartoon mix.

Offering a unique combination of the more bizarre elements of television cartoons, live comedy performance, it uniquely retells a classic Shakespearean. With solo performer Chris Willems playing all of Shakespeare's characters, Son of Romeo shatters all preconceptions about mime, television and Shakespeare.

So special in fact Son of Romeo has been included in the permanent collection of the Museum of Television & Radio in New York.
