Synopsis

In the return series of Gourmet Farmer, we’re in for a surprise. Once, a single man trying his hand at farming and experimenting with making artisanal produce, Matthew’s now a fully fledged family man with partner, Sadie, and son, Hedley.

Time to get serious about bringing home the bacon.

In series 2 he explores ways of expanding his business, which will include growing his pig farm and the range of pork products he sells, taking advantage of an offer to go to Italy and France to learn artisanal meat preserving methods, and coming up with a locavore dining business idea with his mates Nick and Ross.
