Synopsis

In series two, acclaimed Sydney chef Peter Kuruvita  goes off the beaten track and into some of the world’s most fascinating island communities from the Philippines, down through Indonesia, across to Vanuatu and ending in the stunning Cook Islands.

“Island Feast” showcases a variety of dishes and explores each island’s distinct cuisine, getting under the skin of these exotic cultures and into local kitchens to explore food and culinary histories. Peter combines traditional and modern techniques to create an array of spectacular dishes.
