John Marx and Venus Hoy find themselves in a living situation that is new to both of them. New to Marx because he was used to living with his girlfriend Kelly, who recently left him for another man with a flashier lifestyle. New to Venus because she’s never lived with just one man before. Housemate or otherwise.

But as time passes they discover they’ve moved on from being just housemates. They’ve turned into friends. Real friends. As they become closer, they challenge each other’s lifestyles and choices. And the biggest question of all; how they really feel about each other.

No one knows where they should go from here. Least of all Marx and Venus. There’s no rulebook for housemates that begin to care a bit too much… But sometimes life has a funny way of butting in in the most unpredictable way, and just sometimes, things unravel in a way completely unexpected.
