It is so welcoming to see more and more people who have a greater understanding of sustainability to share their knowledge with the public. It is so beneficial that it not only teaches people about how important this subject is but how effortlessly and with such passion and zest that Costa gets his message across. He makes me want to get in the garden !!!! To have an understanding of what and how to enhance our diet but also our climate. This is such an important topic that every one world wide should be made aware of this and how much better does an amazing salad taste than a crapy burger from a corner shop ???
