Overview

The day to day dramas of the worst courier company in Australia. From the makers of Pizza, comes Swift and Shift Couriers, a hilarious new comedy that parodies the people, the politics and the outrageous events of a working-class business.

Swift and Shift Couriers follows the incompetent, inappropriate and absurd day to day dramas of the staff at Hashfield depot. On paper, their profession seems relatively simple. The customer calls in a job, the call centre passes on details to dispatch, they in turn book a courier to arrange the pick up and deliver in a timely manner - easy right?

So how does the team at Swift and Shift Couriers always manage to stuff it up!

Will Manager Keith turn the Hashfield depot into a well oiled machine? Or will his boss Amanda finally get what she wants and shut the place down? Only one thing is for certain, Swift and Shift Couriers will deliver big laughs, big stunts and a ton of celebrity cameos.

Since Sleek 'The Elite' left Fat Pizza at the end of Series 2 all those years ago, Pauly's just been out of good material, good ideas and good comedic actors. Going forward each year/season/show to keep viewers interested he feels he needs to shock viewers with wierder and more disgusting sketches and themes. Please just stop Pauly. You're destroying your legacy champ !!

It's good to see they released this show on DVD, unlike Pizza which got one season...top job with that. As always Paul Fenech delivers the goods with this awesome comedy my only beef with the dvd release is IT DID NOT include the un-aired episodes which to me defeats the purpose of a DVD release to begin with. Regardless, worth a look.

A most insightful and realistic look at employing "the fish that John West rejected" (Whats left over to small business in a boom) and a consequential practical management course in the management of same....or at least awareness of the problems...real or imagined... A must for the aspiring middle manager in the service industries.....
