Loved the show, still watching Hestons Feast! Hope to win the DVD!

Wow!!! These techniques ACTUALLY work. When I made Heston's Mash Potato I had to stop my husband from licking the saucepan! Heston is very down to earth & very easy to follow. I had always wondered about the different techniques for cooking steak as I have had many failures over the years. Steak doesn't scare me anymore. This series is SO much better than Masterchef! Thanks SBS!

According to Heston's site at Channel 4, who produce this show, "Heston Blumenthal at Home" is the book to get for this show. I also have a young son with autism spectrum disorder who is absolutely fascinated by Heston on the screen and what he cooks. A step up from Top Gear!

Brilliant also, I've used a pressure cooker for years, I think they beat Microwaves hands down. Cant wait to try a few more methods. Great to have someone as unique as Heston imparting his secrets.

So far the programme has my full attention and seeing that I simply cannot write as fast as the ideas pop up I just must get the dvd to watch it over & over again. The simple method of boiling and egg made such a difference to the flavour.
