Episode Four

With just four finalists through to the final week, they first face a final acting masterclass with director and Mahesh Bhatt confidante, Nupur Asthana. After mini-makeovers, Nupur grills them in the class, surprises them with a meeting with Bollywood megastar, John Abraham, and finally leaves them with scripts they have to learn for Mahesh.

In an attempt to better understand their future audience, the four finalists spend their weekend immersed into the lives of two typical Indian families. Paired up, two contestants spend 24 hours with a family who live deep in the Dharavi slums, while the other two stay with a maid’s family in Chembur, forty-five minutes out of the city by train.

The finale sees the top four face legendary director Mahesh Bhatt, who ultimately makes the life-changing decision: he chooses one person to appear in his next movie, and become a Bollywood star.
