The Freaking Funnies pilot episode features six of the thirteen sets of characters that will appear in the full series of eight half-hour episodes. These characters include: an offensive, vertically-challenged egg named Bitter Barney, who suffers from a severe flatulence problem; PT Penis, an over-confident graffiti penis who loves dishing out advice; Phyllis and Luigi, two crazy cab drivers whose outrageous behaviour entertains, bemuses and terrorizes their unsuspecting passengers;  Mr Patel The Corner Shop Hustler; a group of anthropomorphized sex toys who have taken on superhero personas to right wrongs and dispense justice called Sex Toy Super Heroes; and The Knockers, two strongly opinionated breasts who like to be in control.

The additional sets of characters that will appear in the half -hour episodes are God Squad, ABC Wid Da Mob, Greetings From Woop Woop, Mad Dog & Kinky Winky, Monsterhead, Blood Red, and Jesus Las Vegas.
