Episode 9: Jaffna

After 30 years of isolation due to civil war, the northern capital of Jaffna is where Peter revisits to meet its diverse people. Here, he hires an old Morris Oxford, traversing the city and connecting with monks who make their own grape wine; Muslim butchers who consider goat the best meal; and Tamil Hindus who invite Peter to their New Year celebrations.
