Diesen Sommer pilgerten viele Menschen nach Tasmanien, um dort ihre Deutschkenntnisse zu verbessern und eine Woche lang in die deutsche Kultur einzutauchen. Bei der German Summer School des Goethe Instituts. Diese findet jeden Sommer statt - immer an anderen Orten in Australien. 2012 in Hobart, das sich derzeit einen Ruf verschafft als neue Kulturmetropole. Der Grund dafür ist das Museum of Old and New Art. Pamela Rauleder besuchte die Sommerschule und begleitete die Teilnehmer zum neuen kontroversen Museum in Tasmanien.
