Ephraim Raz
Ephraim Raz the father of a severely disabled daughter, is 81 years old who is still actively volunteering in an organization in Israel for the disabled, which he founded, with association to a Jewish Australian charity group. Ephraim Raz had worked as the commissioner of Israels Water Board and spoke about the solutions to the shortage of water in Israel.
