지난해 11월 창덕궁 옆 골목을 따라 오르면 나오는 가장 은밀한 한옥 마을에 위치한 "궁중음식연구원"에서 궁중요리전문가 한복려 씨를 만났다. 대표적인 세가지 궁중음식 레서피 소개(어선, 김치적, 궁중 떡볶이), 대장금 음식자문 뒷이야기, 해외 유명 쉐프들과의 만남 등을 이야기했다. (SBS 유스홈페이지 윤재은 프로듀서)

한복려 씨는 2007년 중요무형문화재 제38호 조선왕조 궁중 음식 기능 보유자로 지정됐으며, 현재 궁중음식연구원을 운영중이다. 또한 한국의 대표적인 드라마 대장금'에 나오는 궁중 음식, 음식 문화의 역사적인 배경 등을 위한 음식자문을 맡은 바 있다.
