SBS Serbian were privileged to host an interview with the worldwide known classical guitar player Milos Karadaglic. A fast rising star on the international classical music scene, he is being hailed by critics and fans for his brilliant technique and transcendent musicality. Milos’ debut album, Mediterraneo (or The Guitar), recently hit number one on the United Kingdom, United States and Australian classical charts, and also earned him his first gold disc in Hong Kong. He has won several prizes including being named this year's Breakthrough Artist at the Classical BRIT Award and his recordings have been number one in the US, UK and Australian classical charts. After an international tour taking in North America, Europe and Asia, Milos has arrived in Australia for his first national concert series.

The Serbian team were privileged to host an interview with the worldwide known violinist, Nemenja Radulovic. Recognized as the "International Revelation of the Year" at the Victoires de la Musique (European Association of Artist Managers), Nemenja Radulovic has astound the world with his virtuosic aplomb and flair. Nemanja is a Serbian born but Paris based violinist and performs at the Melbourne Recital Centre just for one night.

The 50 sculpture are modeled from Melbourne Zoo's famous elephant calf Mali. They are all painted by a variety of artists and are exhibited on the city's streets during August and September to help celebrate the Zoo's 150th Anniversary. On October 25 the entire herd will go under the hammer at an auction event with all proceeds going to Zoos Victoria's conservation work that fights the extinction of animals here in Australia and overseas.

Beautiful sculpture on the Lawn designed to celebrate re- opening of Hamer Hall in Melbourne. About the Artist: Brian Thomson is mainly a stage designer who also loves to create a public spectacle. Other Big Things he has designed include Kylie's Olympic Thong, Dame Edna's huge pair of glasses and Sydney Harbour's gigantic chandelier. He has designed the Sydney New Year's Eve Bridge effect from 2005 and was awarded an Order of Australia in that year.

The Nikola Tesla bust was officially unveiled at the ceremony at Curtin University of Technology in Perth Western Australia. The bust is located within new Engineering Pavilion building. This way Curtin University and Tesla Forum, who donated the bust, continue to promote the legacy of Nikola Tesla, one of the great inventors of all times and father of 20th century. Novak Djokovic has made a joke few days ago that Serbian journalists don’t share anything with him but just ask him questions. To prove him wrong Serbian reporters at the Australian Open have organised a tasty cake to be presented to Nole this morning. With a huge help and thanks to the Publicity Office of Australian Open the cake was presented after the press conference at 2am Tuesday. On behalf of all Serbian reports in the room, SBS Producer Biljana Ristic handed the cake over to Novak.

An exhibition showcasing Serbia's tennis elite from Australian Open contender Novak Djokovic to former numbers ones; Jelana Jankovic and Ava Ivanovic has been launched at the Federation Square last night. Serbian music, traditional dance and spirit of tennis added to a multicultural atmosphere in the Fed Square Atrium. Serbian Ambassador to Australia Her Excellency Ms. Neda Maletic who was at the event said this is a huge event for the Serbian community in Melbourne. Posters of Serbian players are featured alongside a list of facts which reveals intriguing information about their professional lives and their rise to tennis fame.

The Serbian star was among the first of the high-profile players to welcome the squad - more than 370 ball kids from around Australia and another 20 from Korea. Australian Open tournament director Craig Tiley and Minister for Major Projects Dr Denis Napthine also welcomed Ana at Parliament House in Melbourne on Tuesday morning.
