The 64th Independence Day of Sri Lanka was celebrated in Melbourne at the Box Hill Town Hall on 4 February 2012.
This ceremony was organised by the Honorary Consul for Sri Lanka in Victoria Mr Bandu Disanayake. Well over 1000 people attended the ceremony.
