社交媒体焦虑症你有么?如何“断舍离”戒断依赖

社交媒体我们带来更多便利和资讯的同时,在虚拟世界里拉近了人与人之间的距离。但是随之而来也渐渐带来很多弊端。

社交媒体焦虑症和网络暴力已经给现代人的生活带来实质的精神健康危害。

那么如何能“断舍离”的戒断社交媒体,回归真实生活。

本台记者陈艺舒采访了精神科专科医生吴昭熙,他建议缩短每天使用社交媒体的时间到几十分钟,可以有效的缓解社交媒体的抑郁和焦虑症状。同时应该加强人与人之间真实见面相处的时间,能有效的减少对社交媒体的依赖。
