The team will look to Colombian climber Jarlinson Pantano and Italian sprinter Matteo Pelucchi for results with Australian's Leigh Howard and David Tanner among those providing the supporting muscle as the team makes its WorldTour debut.
“We have to be up to the level of the WorldTour. In Australia, we will bring together a great team with more than one opportunity for success,” team manager Rik Verbrugghe said.
Missing from the line-up will be Australian road champion Heinrich Haussler, who will be gibving the Australian summer of cycling a miss in his quest to peak for the spring classics.
Haussler recorded a number of top-ten places in the 2015 edition even as Pantano climbed to ninth overall in the race that was won by Rohan Dennis (BMC).
The team will now look to Pelucci and Pantano to deliver similar, if not better, results in January.
“We have strengthened the lead-out train in order to give Matteo Pelucchi the greatest chance of success. We believe Jarlinson Pantano has what it takes to finish in the top five overall," Verbrugghe said.
