It was the 5th win of the season for Kirsten Wild as the big Dutch woman powered clear on the final straight to win from Lisa Brennauer (Canyon-SRAM) and Marianne Vos (Rabobank-Liv).

The top three riders on the general classification remained unchanged as the American national champion Megan Guarnier carried the leader's jersey all the way through the race after her Stage 1 victory.

A strong team time trial from Twenty16 p/b Sho Air propelled the experienced Kristin Armstrong to second overall, whilst Guarnier's team-mate Evelyn Stevens filled out the podium in third.
