The world's best female cyclists will take to the roads of Great Britain during the Women's WorldTour event.

The Women's Tour race is now in its seventh edition and will, for the first time, include an individual time trial along with a kermesse-style stage during the six-day race.

The Women's Tour is a prestigious fixture on the Women's WorldTour calendar, with the British event showcasing some of the best female cyclists in the world racing around the picturesque British countryside.

It will be a mostly flat to undulating terrain set to promote attacking racing and make for a wide-open race that could come down to seconds as the world-class field pursues the overall victory.

The SBS team will break down all the action from each stage as well as preview what to expect on upcoming stages as part of the Women's Tour LIVE show, which will air daily at 1:30pm (AEDT) right here, as well as via the Cycling Central Facebook and Twitter pages.
