From the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea, the waters surrounding Mexico play a key role in the country’s cuisine. The afternoon celebrates the piscatorial fruits of the ocean meeting the tropical fruits of the land in a fusion of indigenous and Spanish colonial flavours.
