MasterChef Australia 2017 winner Diana Chan invites audiences into her kitchen to learn a few Asian favourites and also bring to life family traditions from her friends and colleagues from the food industry. The brand-new series kicks-off with a flavour bang as Chan delves into the vibrant pop behind Vietnamese cooking. And why stop there, as South Indian, Cantonese and Japanese flavours are also making a play for the plate.
Throughout the series Chan is joined by a range of notable guests including Jerry Mai, Gary Mehigan and 2018 MasterChef winner Sashi Cheliah to cook a range of Asian dishes, as well as touring some of her favourite eateries across Melbourne.
Cook Like an Italian with Silvia Colloca
Food writer and SBS's very own Silvia Colloca feels most Italian when she is in her kitchen. She still bakes with her mother, shares good food with friends and of course, cooks for her family but if you don’t have a treasured dowry of Italian home cooking know-how passed on to you from generations of Nonnas and Mammas, relax… because Silvia does and she’s eager to share it.
Silvia takes you by the hand to discover a new approach to everyday cooking, while guiding you through the tantalising world of authentic Italian home-cooking with her trademark enthusiasm and flare. Each episode features three dishes cooked by Silvia in her kitchen, trips to Italian delis, markets, and bakeries in search for the freshest ingredients, and a ‘Nonna’s corner’, where Silvia shares the tips and techniques passed on to her by her two nonnas.
Donal’s Cook, Eat, Burn!
Donal's Cook, Eat, Burn! sees Donal Skehan showing viewers how to cook healthy and delicious recipes that are designed to help us become more active and fuel fitness activities. In each of the six episodes, Donal shares his own new recipes, specially selected to enhance the day of physical exertion ahead. From kayaking to rock climbing, boot camp to mountaineering, and cycling to coast-eering, Donal cooks the ideal dishes to complement an energetic lifestyle.

Pizza lovers assemble! American TV host Adam Richman, known best for his competitive eating show, Man vs Food, takes viewers on an around-the-world eating adventure, seeking out the greatest slices of local food and culture. The series travels the world in search of the best of our favourite comfort foods. Pizza is the launching point - just one category of more than 160 styles of global flat breads, topped with everything from the rockstar favourite Italian sauce and sausage, to Armenian lamb and goat cheese - even Indian potato naan.
Jimmy Shu’s Taste of the Territory
Hosted by renowned Chinese-Sri Lankan Territorian chef Jimmy Shu, viewers will explore a diverse food scene unlike any other in Australia, through the sights, smells, breathtaking landscapes, and stories of the Top End’s most celebrated and hidden foodies. From renowned chefs to the street food of the famous Darwin markets, the resilient produce farmers, Indigenous bush foods, and food-obsessed local home cooks, Delicious Darwin takes you on an adventure to meet the region’s most fascinating people through their love affair with food.
Shu will guide the Top End culinary journey of multicultural influence from folding dolmas and frying mung bean doughnuts to cooking up citrus butter mud crab and exploring the best of Kakadu's bush foods.
This golden tart has the elements of the French classic - a crisp pastry base and sticky caramel topping, but replaces apples with pineapple laced with Cointreau and chilli.
