All three sensational cooks will be on our screens throughout the rest of May and June. You can tune in to learn cooking (and life) skills watching Nigella Express and Nigella Feasts, Poh & Co. S2 and How to Cook Like an Italian with Silvia Colloca.

Cookbook bounty

To celebrate this feast, we're giving away a cookbook pack to five lucky winners. Each winner will receive a copy of:

  • At My Table: A Celebration of Home Cooking by Nigella Lawson
  • Made in Italy by Silvia Colloca
  • Poh Bakes 100 Greats by Poh Ling Yeow

Take a seat at the table

In At My Table: A Celebration of Home Cooking, Nigella shares the food she loves to cook for her own family and friends. This is food to share and savour and make time and time again.

"The food in this book, that comes from my kitchen, is eaten at my table, and will be eaten at yours, is the food I have always loved cooking," she says of her book. "It doesn't require technique, dexterity or expertise, none of which I lay claim to. Life is complicated; cooking doesn't have to be."

Journey to Italy

For her second cookbook, Made In Italy, Italian-born Silvia Colloca takes us to the villages where she grew up in Italy's Abruzzo, Marche and Molise regions.

The 50 recipes in her cookbook showcase the regional, seasonal food of these regions. A bounty that transforms everyday cooking into exceptional dining, with only a little more effort.

"I was lucky enough to grow up in a family of foodies," says the How to Cook Like an Italian star. "No wonder I have such a passion for the food of my homeland."

Bake the greats

Poh has been baking since she was nine years old, so it's fair to say she has nailed a recipe or 100 along the way. Poh Bakes 100 Greats is where she generously shares her expertise.

On the sweet side, there are Poh versions of classics like cinnamon scrolls, flourless chocolate cake or Turkish delight, as well as SBS Food winners like Persian love cake and Bee sting cake (bienenstich). There's also an excellent selection of savoury bakes like breads, pies and quiches.

"I love baking so much I've been known to park myself in front of the oven to watch a cake cook, like television," says the Poh & Co fave. No doubt that's exactly where we'll find you if you are lucky enough to win a book pack.
