A highball is a long, cylindrical glass.
Muddle - To break ingredients into a pulp using a muddler, pestle and mortar or rolling pin.
¼ apple, cut into chunks
15ml elderflower cordial
15ml apple schnapps
15ml apple juice
50ml woodford reserve
5ml sugar syrup
3 slices of speared apple to garnish

Muddle fresh apple chunks and elderflower cordial into a highball glass.
Add the remaining ingredients, fill Boston Shaker with crushed ice and stir vigorously.
Garnish the cocktail with 3 slices of speared apple.
