A Boston Shaker is a two piece set, a glass and stainless steel tin that interlock to shake cocktails.
60ml honey/ginger sake
10ml kiwi liqueur
45ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
ginger slices, speared
Oven temperatures are for conventional; if using fan-forced (convection), reduce the temperature by 20˚C. | We use Australian tablespoons and cups: 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml; 1 tablespoon equals 20 ml; 1 cup equals 250 ml. | All herbs are fresh (unless specified) and cups are lightly packed. | All vegetables are medium size and peeled, unless specified. | All eggs are 55-60 g, unless specified.
Add all of the ingredients into the glass part of a Boston Shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously 4-5 times.
Strain all contents into an ice filled collins glass. Top with a splash of soda water.
Garnish the collins glass with a lemon wedge and speared ginger slices.
