How long do you think it takes to learn everything you need to know about the 2018 FIFA World Cup? How about 60 seconds. OK, "everything" might be a bit of a stretch, but The World Game host Lucy Zelić covers the basics in a single minute.

So even if you have no prior knowledge of or experience with football, one watch of her World Cup 101 video (below) and you'll be an expert on the sporting event that will have billions of people around the globe transfixed from 14 June. OK, "expert" might be a stretch, but you'll be more informed than you are now, so get watching.

Then, once you're all fired up, block out your calendar from mid-June to mid-July when you'll mostly be watching SBS (aka the home of the FIFA World Cup) for live and HD coverage of all the big games.
