Australians are being urged to exercise personal responsibility when it comes to COVID19, but many can't access or afford Rapid Antigen Tests.

In the UK, residents can pick up rapid tests free of charge from pharmacies and vaccination centres, leading some experts to question why the situation in Australia is different
