African Union's women's advocate says fight is not over despite successes

Its International Womens Day, and African Hour was delighted to host in our Sydney studios Ms Bineta Diop, Special Envoy on Women, Peace and Security at the African Union Commission head office in Addis Ababa.Shes in Australia as head of a delegation from the African Union and as guests of the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade.She spoke with Martin Kwakwa. 

Ms Diop has been a strong advocate for broad inter-governmental frameworks to articulate the issues of women in peace and security processes.
