Blacktown and some parts of Penrith in western Sydney are among the 12 local government areas with stricter COVID-19 lockdown rules including a night-time curfew. Amid ongoing restrictions, members of the local Bhutanese community are using novel ways to connect and support each other says Blacktown resident and community leader Om Dhungel.
