Gabi and Thomas Moritz have build up an organic farm in the King Valley in VIC. It is called Boonderoo Farm. There the products grow and prosper, before they are then processed further by the former Austrians, for example into nutritious sourdough bread and pies filled with great vegetables. Then the delicacies are sold at markets, or offered in their own cafe.
Despite the fires last summer and the Corona crisis that followed, the business is thriving so well that the owners are desperately looking for a new employee. If you are a baker, there is a chance to work in the beautiful surroundings of the King Valley, even with the offer of accommodation.
