Economy slows while PM after first surplus in 12 years

The International Monetary Fund says the world's economies are battling a “synchronised slowdown", calling on nations to inject a fresh round of stimulus to stem off any further slump.While Australia's global growth outlook has hit its lowest level in a decade -- the government says its priority is returning the budget to surplus, not stimulating spending.(AUDIO IN TURKISH)
