Fire on Russian submersible kills 14 crew all high ranking officers

A fire on board of Russian’s most secret submersible has killed 14 members of the crew. The Associate Professor of National Security and Strategic Studies at Curtin University (Perth) Dr Alexey Muraviev explains the top ranking of the victims and discusses the activities the deep-sea submarines are capable of.
