Intellectual disable children are still discriminated in Myanmar

Although Universal Declaration of Human Rights was ratified in 1948, many people around the world are still seeking to gain the rights that are taken away or never granted to them.

It is no exception for people in Myanmar. 

However, it is even worse for people with disability. 

Their needs and contributions are still not recognized. 

Yong people with intellectual disability are also discriminated.
