Support services such as ReachOut and Kids Helpline say demand has doubled as more and more young people struggle to cope with issues including loneliness and online learning.

People aged between five and 25 seeking support with mental health can contact Kids Helpline at kidshelpline.com.au or on 1800 55 1800.
