A group of African Australians are finding their way back into the workforce thanks to an inclusion program. The program aims to give participants that all important foot in the door in the finance sector. Philip Ly reports.

Called the African Australian Inclusion Program, it involves a six-month corporate placement with one of Australia's biggest banks, with access to mentoring and in-depth training.

And those graduating are hoping this program will give them the boost they need to get into Australia's highly competitive banking sector.
