A NASA mission crashed a spacecraft into an asteroid, to test whether it could be thrown off course.The DART spacecraft, short for Double Asteroid Redirection Test, was launched as part of a $330 million project to determine whether Earth can be saved from rocks from space.
NASA has been busy in recent days, launching rockets into space.
First is James Webb's company, a $9 billion telescope designed to look into the past to understand how our solar system formed.
And now, there is DART which stands for Double Asteroid Redirection Test.
