Preparing for Ramadan is a family custom for many Australian Muslims

Ramadan has finally become about family, food, and togetherness. Source: Getty Images

The holy month of Ramadan is surely focused on fasting, iftar and sahoor meals, and night prayers but using special decorations is another way to celebrate the holy month. Ramadan's food preparation with style and decorating a corner of the home are increasingly becoming a part of Ramadan preparations for many Muslim families in Australia.
