Myanmar is facing international investigations over its treatment of Rohingya muslims.
The International Criminal Court (ICC) has approved investigation into Myanmar's alleged crimes against the Rohingya.
It comes days after Myanmar is sued by Gambia at the International Court of Justice (ICJ). Gambia is representing 57 nations Organization of Islamic Cooperation. First hearings are due to take place in December.
We talked to Dr Thein Moe Win from Sydney and he observes that being investigated by ICC and ICJ is like trying to catch a chicken with both hands.
