Why did 17 Tamil refugees try to commit suicide? What's in store for them?

Some of the refugees detained at the Trichy special camp in Tamil Nadu had recently attempted suicide.

 Kulasegaram Sanchayan explores with comments from Advocate Johnson, a Chennai High Court lawyer, human rights activist, and founder of the Tamil Bar Council; and Baskaran, an inmate at the special camp in Trichy who attempted suicide.
