Writer and Activist from Baghdad says: Government Reforms are Patchy

"What is happening in Iraq is a popular revolution" Writer and activist Louis Claimes proclaims. The people want radical reforms, not procrastinating promises. He said there is an educated, academic category who wants to work voluntarily to activate the reforms.
