Parasana Charitable Trust, a group based in Ahmedabad's Kotiya village in Gujarat (India) has planned a lavish wedding for Poonam and Arjun.
According to the Times of India, around 300 guests mostly of Poonam, will leave from Bopal-Ghuma gam for groom Arjun's house in Bagdana village in Bhavnagar.
While, white clothes have been ordered for Arjun. His bride, Poonam will be seen in gold jewellery, a red saree and a net shawl.
Brahmin priests will be brought in from Ahmedabad to officiate the wedding.
The total cost of the wedding is expected around Rs 18 lakh.

The owners told Mid Day the wedding is to showcase the "value of cows in our society is immeasurable."
“I have been living with cows for the last 30 years and hence, know the amount of love this animal is capable of. I don’t mind having a modest wedding for my children, but I will get my daughter Poonam married in the most lavish manner possible,” Vijaybhai, trustee of Parsana Charitable Trust and Poonam’s owner told Mid Day
Kaushik Joshi, told the Times of India, that 5,000 people are likely to attend Poonam and Arjun's wedding.
According to reports, the bride will travel in a palanquin that will be erected on a truck and marriage will take place according to proper Hindu rituals and.
And yes like all Indian weddings, there would be band, baaja, and baaraat – and a grand orchestra!
