NSW

New South Wales recorded 399 new local coronavirus cases and three deaths.

Premier Dominic Perrottet confirmed some measures will ease on the Monday after the state hits 80 per cent double dose vaccination.

He said high levels of vaccination meant hotel quarantine for international arrivals and home quarantine can be stopped from November 1 for people with two doses.  A negative PCR test will be required before travellers board their flights and a testing regime will be in place on arrival.  Vaccines will need to be recognised by the TGA.  Returning Australians will be prioritised.

From Monday, home gathering limits will increase to 20 people, while outdoor gatherings will increase to 50 people.

Regional travel has been delayed until November 1.
