Fruit industry in Australia is a part of Australian agriculture which still relies on manual work even though there are modern equipment and technology at its disposal. It constantly needs manual workers such as fruit pickers, fruit processors, labourers, etc... Most of the workers are migrants and refugees as well as guess-workers.
