The organizers of the 63rd Berlin Festival (February 7-17, 2013) have added sixteen movies to the fifteen announced in mid-December, thus completing the selection of the vast fictional feature part of the Panorama/Panorama Special section, directed by Wieland Speck (the full programme of Panorama Dokumente will follow in a few days' time).

31 fictional feature films now comprise the programme, representing 23 countries. Europe occupies a prime position (with 5 productions and 6 coproductions), and it's worth noting a striking number of candidates from the US independent cinema and Asian cinema (particularly Korean).

The Panorama section will open with the Georgian film A Fold in my Blanket by Zaza Rusadze, and the Panorama Special with the latest film It's All So Quiet by Dutch director Nanouk Leopold.
