Tina Fey and Amy Poehler are joining forces once again to play sisters in a new film titled The Nest.

Parks And Recreation star Poehler is nearing a deal to join her friend Fey in the comedy, directed by Pitch Perfect's Jason Moore. The Nest is written by Paula Pell, who was a Saturday Night Live writer during the comedians' time on the US sketch comedy show.

According to, The Nest is about two siblings (to be played by Fey and Poehler) who, when they find out their parents are selling their childhood home, decide to spend one last wild weekend there.

Fey and Poehler last appeared on the big screen together in the 2008 comedy Baby Mama. In January they co-hosted the Golden Globes for the second year in a row (pictured).
