Ben Stiller returns to the fashion world with Zoolander 2, which includes cameos from Benedict Cumberbatch and Justin Bieber.

Now the laughing stock of the fashion industry, Ben Stiller (who plays dimwitted male supermodel Derek Zoolander) and Owen Wilson (Hansel) return to stop the most beautiful people in the world - aka Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Usher and Lenny Kravitz - from being assassinated.

Will Ferrell is back as criminal mastermind Jacobim Mugatu, while Penelope Cruz comes on board as an Interpol secret agent and Kristen Wiig joins the film as a nearly unrecognisable fashion designer.

"She's hot," Wilson says of Cruz. "I trust her."

Christine Taylor, Billy Zane, Cyrus Arnold, Fred Armisen, Olivia Munn and Kanye West also appear in the film.

Stiller directed the sequel and Justin Theroux wrote the screenplay. Stiller also helmed, co-wrote and produced the 2001 cult classic Zoolander, which grossed US $60.8 million at the worldwide box office.

Zoolander 2 is set to open in Australia on February 11, 2016.
