Silvio Muccino was born into the theatre. The son of costume designer Antonella Cappuccio, brother of director Gabriele Muccino and casting director Laura Muccino, he made his acting debut in 1999 in the acclaimed Come te Nessuno Mai. Since then he has worked steadily in Italian film, appearing most recently in Parlami d'amore (Talk to Me about Love) as Sasha, a young man who's love for a woman goes unnoticed. A friendship with an older lady teaches Sasha some life lessons about growing up.
