The co-writers, directors and producers of Ruin, Michael Cody and Amiel Courtin-Wilson, detail the collaborative creative process behind their “impressionistic fable” about a couple on the run. The award-winning Australian-Cambodian co-production embraces a more casual style of acting, according to Cody, and addresses the nature of trauma and how it relates the characters' new romance.
